How can I get a shipping estimate for UPS Ground, 3 day, 2 day, Next day?Look up and to the right, you'll see a link labelled "Shipping Quote". Add what you would like to order to your cart and hit this link. You'll see what's in your cart and can then proceed to view different shipping options (UPS Ground, 3 day, 2 day or Next Day air). These options reflect UPS's service times, they do not reflect how long orders take to process. Our online estimate system cannot handle correctly estimating airmail rates for items that require large boxes (like wig heads, Forever Young wig orders or orders with more than 2 wigs). Those airmail rates (due to UPS dimensional weight for airmail shipments) will cost 2x to ship what your quote is. If you proceed with your order and this is the case we will Email you to alert you and await your reponse before processing your order. What payment forms are accepted?
If the payment method isn't listed above, we don't accept it. When will I get my order?Wigs, some hair clip-in items. - Wigs are indicated in the cart system in biiig red text as being by special order only. Please allow 15 business days (starting the Monday following your order) to receive your wig. Cosmetics, Cosmetic Brushes, Hair Dye, Incense, Oils, Wig Accessories, Braid Hair, some hair clip-in items - We try to keep these in stock, but we do run out sometimes. If the item is in stock, it will go out to you in 1-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, we will Email you to ask how we should proceed with your order and await your reply. Jewelry - This comes in from England and can take a few weeks to arrive. Please plan ahead to allow for delays due to customs being swamped, especially during the holiday season! We fill orders roughly in the order they come in, even if an item for your order is in stock your order may be in a line of a few orders that we're working on. What if I need my order by a certain date?There is a place on the order form to let us know. We will notify you if we cannot get your order to you by that date and will await your reply to find how you want to proceed with your order. We cannot promise specific delivery dates for money order paid orders. When am I charged for my order?Instock items: Your credit card is run right before we ship your order Special order/out of stock items: Your credit card is run before we make the order from our supplier for your merchandise. Where do you ship to? / What freight carrier do you use?We ship via UPS only to the USA. We do not currently ship to FPO/APO addresses or internationally. How long does Ground freight take to get from you to me?
The chart above reflects how long UPS Ground shipments take to get from us to various areas of the US. All items are shipped from our location (Lafayette Indiana (zip code 47909)). This chart does not reflect the time it takes me to get your order processed, only the UPS transit time. What if there is a problem with my address that gets resolved by UPS/What if I am unable to take delivery and my order is bounced back to you?If the address needs to be corrected, the fee from UPS for it which we have to pass on to you is $10.00. If a parcel is bounced back to us because of a problem with your address - or because you are not there to receive it, you are responsible for paying the reship freight. We do not give refunds for items that are refused, bounced back to us due to address issues or returned to us randomly. If items are out of stock can you ship the instock items now and the out of stock items when they come in to you?I cannot absorb the cost of split shipping - so we do not split ship unless you state explicitly that you are willing to pay the extra freight involved to split ship your order. Do you accept returns or give refunds?We do not take returns of anything featured on our website. Items we sell would either not be re-sellable or are special order items. This also includes 'exchanges' or 'trades'. If you order from us and need to cancel, you will only receive store credit. Please do not randomly send merchandise back to us. Any parcels that come in without authorization will be discarded and you will not be refunded. What if my order breaks in transit to me?If something is damaged, please keep the packing material and call the UPS. UPS will then contact us and once UPS has resolved the matter, we can send out a replacement product to you. We can't do anything before UPS investigates and gets back to us.
