We've been in business since 1996.
I ship via UPS Ground, 3 day or 2 day service on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Tues/Thurs and weekends I'm working on the website/product selection.
Important!: Your shipping address is on the label exactly as you give it to us. UPS charges us money to change it, so if you make a typo or need to change it, we will need to pass those charges on to you. These charges run $11 - $20.
If a parcel is bounced back to us because of a problem with your address - or because you are not there to receive it, you are responsible for paying the reship freight.
We do not give refunds for items that are refused, bounced back to us due to address issues or returned to us randomly. Please do not randomly send merchandise back to us. Any parcels that come in without authorization will be discarded and you will not be refunded.
We accept Visa, MasterCard (fast!) or Money order (can take 2-3 weeks for us to receive, I'm not even joking!, so I don't recommend using Money Orders) for payment. You are charged for your order right after you order it whether it is an instock or special order item. You'll know from the cart system which is which.
Non-special order items (cosmetics, hair dye, incense oils, etc) take me 1-3 business days to get ready to ship.
Special order items are wig/hair/jewelry. Please allow 15 business days from the Monday following your order for wig/hair orders and 4 weeks from the Monday following your order for jewelry orders
We do not take returns of anything featured on our website. Items we sell would either not be re-sellable or are special order items. This also includes 'exchanges' or 'trades'.
If you order from us and need to cancel, you will only receive store credit.
