Honey Sweet - AKA #16 - is a medium blonde color. This is a step or so lighter than #14 and straight up blonde where #14 is brown. #16 is a darker more gold blonde then #22.

#16 is pretty close in tone to #24. #16 is a little bit darker and not as golden as #24 (#16 is more of an ash toned color).

#16 is lighter than #15 and #19, it's not as red as either one.
