Special Effects Burgundy Wine
"This was taken the day of dying it. I didn't bleach my hair first and
I have a medium brown natural hair color. The result is great! It's very
bright and I love the intense purple color of it. The highlights are
amazing, too."

"Hey, here are some pics of me with my Special Effects hair :) I used a
combination of Deep Purple, Pimpin Purple, and Burgandy Wine. I bleached a
bunch of streaks, then randomly applied dye to sections at a time. I mixed
the dyes together in random combinations for most of the sections, so I
don't know if the effect could actually be reproduced, but the three colors
mix well and I love the results. The purple matches the purple in my nose
piercing perfectly!"

"Burgundy wine on bleached hair--the picture was one day after dying so it was pretty dark still--it fades lighter and pinker."

"I recently purchased special effects burgandy wine from you because it said it would
turn pinker on bleach hair though there were no great pictures to show this. I bleached my hair and put on the burgandy wine. it's very pink.(I'm quite pleased with how pink it turned out without having to be as bright as atomic pink), I was thinking maybe it would be helpful to have a picture of what the color will look like on freshly bleached hair.
picture was taken outside on a cloudy day, 2 days after dying. hair was bleached to a light yellow and dyed with burgandy wine for about 30 minutes before rinsing. the front parts were dyed dark brown and burgandy wine over that as well."

Not only do I have 3/4 of the first bottle of Burgundy Wine
left, but I haven't even had to open the second! It is such a nice color.
I dyed it on orange blond hair but the color still was a strong burgundy
/purple/red color. Even when I put it on my dark brown roots, the color
showed (but not as strong obviously). It looks different depending
where you are. I took these just a few days ago! The picture
of me on the left is in direct light, while the other is more dim...

In these pictures I had burgundy wine in my hair for over three weeks,
it was dyed over natural medium brown hair, in the beginning the highlights
were amazing, people would ask what color it was, claiming that they could
see bits of blackish highlights and purple tints and pink tints and burgundy
tints. It was wonderful and did really well on my natural hair, in the
pictures it doesn't do much justice to the real color, and since it was
three weeks after dying it, it has lost most purple tones and become more
burgundy/darkreddish.
