Is it green teal or blue teal? It looks green teal in the pot and over a darker color, but it appears more of a blue teal over a light shadow, or on pale skin. If you smudge this out, it will get smokier. If you apply this more thickly and with less smudging, it stays its glorious green/teal self. green /teal shimmer

Suggestions for use (I always suggest experimenting!): I've used this as an eyeliner quite a few times and I've always been happy with the dramatic shimmery line that it gives.
