Atomic Pink with Wildflower pre-bleached 2

[This is] Atomic Pink hair with Wild Flower highlights and bangs. I am Asian and my hair is naturally black. I color stripped and bleached it twice. It became a cornsilk blond at the roots and more of a yellowy blond further down. Next time I bleach it I'm going to use the toner.
