As you see from Sabrina's photo shoot she is not..er..exactly a real live human being..she is basically a stuffed plush pretty girl but of exceptional craftsmanship and truly a work of art who cost me a small fortune. I enjoy just having her as a decorative piece of artwork in the apartment...
The wig she shipped with is okay but the fiber is nowhere near the quality of your Ada wig. Your wig actually feels like real human hair..I was amazed. The shine and color are fantastic."

So, the Mysterious Woman in #8 Incognito took some trimming and styling with the help of some wig detangler and a little wig glue. It worked perfect for Ichiro, and Hakkai. And it actually looked very realistic! Very cool!
My friend is wearing the Rebel Chick in Neon 9 pink for the Mako costume from Nerima Daikon Brothers. There was really no styling needed with that one, just a comb through with wig detangler. It was perfect!
And Last, but certainly not least, Gojyo from Saiyuki. When I got this wig it was more of a muddy auburn color, but after several treatments with a red sharpie, and some heavy styling (i.e. cutting off several inches of hair, adding some face framing layers) Back combing the front to get some height, and loads of wig detangler! But it turned out spectacular! I got his hair to look like the color of blood-especially in the sunlight!
So, the Mysterious Woman in #8 Incognito took some trimming and styling with the help of some wig detangler and a little wig glue. It worked perfect for Ichiro, and Hakkai. And it actually looked very realistic! Very cool!

So, I rushed and ordered a wig that was already curly, and even though it didn't have the cartoony yellow color, I'm very pleased with it. I cut the bangs into their triangular shape, cut the two little pieces on the sides of the bangs and flipped them up with a blow dryer and A LOT of hairspray. Then I attached her crown to the wig using some really thin metal wire. ".

The included picture is under a rather yellow light (Ed: I tried to color correct the photo a little bit, because the wig color is so pretty! The color shown is brighter than it is IRL) in my bathroom, but you can still see the brown with the highlights and the lovely layered look. I cut some bangs into the wig which went really easily with a little hot-water training."

It was wefted with some emerald green wefts and then styled and beaded with tiny stars. The rest of the stuff is a silf flower and peacock swords..
Jonobi's wig is the long spiky in lily. His is only trimmed down and bead. Then I added the feathers. I hope this pic is good enough to see the details.".

The wig was an extremely difficult part to complete, as I was trying to match one used in a tv show and style it. I ordered the Sindi Wig in Afterglow and loved the colour of it. ... Several long nights were spent adding wefts to the back of the wig in order to make it part into the pigtails easily. Then came the next big problem, creating the odangos. I didn't want to use the popular method of 'stubbing' the wig and then wrapping styrofoam balls with the extra cut of strands. Instead, I left the wig intact in the pigtails, added on the long extensions, and then wrapped the wig hair from the pigtails around the top of the attached extensions and ponytail holders. We glued the odango buns in place using a special goo hair glue and hair spray combination.
I'm extremely pleased with the results! It was my first attempt with a wig, and I was expecting to have to remake it again due to several mistakes. However, upon wearing the wig to my first convention, almost everyone commented on how wonderful the wig was. I even had random people running up to me and feeling the back of my head while they tried to decide if the wig was my real hair or not! The wig is constantly getting people's attention and I'm still asked constantly if it's my real hair. "

The Heroine didn't lend itself well to being put up in this single high ponytail; I had to add extensions to the sides to cover the mesh. I also trimmed the bangs and put the ends in ringlets using sponge rollers and hot water. The ringlets have held up great, but unfortunately I can't brush the wig without ruining them at this point. I used it for Axel and I have never ever gotten so many compliments on a wig. People were literally stopping in the halls to compliment me and point at it. A lot of people even asked to touch it! There is a picture of that wig in an attachment; it's not the best pic because of the flash, but it's one of the few I have right now. Perhaps when I get a better version I'll send it along. I did have to cut it for length, but I always get the XL because I find it gives me more styling options."

"The coloring was pretty tedious, but fun at the same time. Went through many Sharpie markers. The tails were done using that decorative rope with the tassle on the end (I think for curtains and drapes). Attached some hair to the end of it, wrapped it with sports tape and then just pony-tailed them onto the wig instead of attaching them permanently. It's pretty back heavy to wear but worthwile :)"

The extentions were secured inside of them and thne hand sewed with an upholstery needle directly into the wig. They were then cut and gelled to points using got2b spiking gel. I wrote her back and squeaked a lot about her costume, and pressed her for more details! She wrote this back: " For the terra wig, I didn't cut it at all, actually. All I did was style the one half, and pulled back the other half (in a ponytail type thing). I stitched feather boas to the actual cap, hiding the hair that was underneith it on the one side. Since the wig has a very durable cap, it wasn't hard stitching something on it. "

" I wore the Ziggy costume to a Rocky Horror Picture Show on Saturday. Unfortunately I didn't get a good picture of the makeup - a friend took picture #1 before the show (you can see the gold lips, but not the interesting stuff with mica/eyeshadow) and by the time I got home and took #2, some of the makeup was gone from snogging.
I think Bowie did his Ziggy Stardust makeup with red powder over white powder, although I have no idea how he created that gold forehead dot or gold lips. I didn't have a red powder, so I just used a red smudge heavily around the eyes and lightly around the temples, jawline and cheeks. You can't see it in the photo, but what made it look kind of interesting was a little bit of Murder eyeshadow on the eye, temple, and hollow of the cheek. If you take your time and blend it well, the contrast between bright flat smudge on the face's high points and darker, shimmery eyeshadow gets a good effect.
I had a little Blood mica dust left, which I brushed onto the red areas, but it didn't stick well and was gone when I checked my makeup before the show.
The "base coat" on the lips is gold glitter eyeliner pencil from a party store, over which I put some almond-colored lip gloss to make them sticky. Then I applied a coat of Croesus dust, just tapping it out onto my finger and rubbing it on. This looked great, in the bathroom - perfect warm dark gold. Unfortunately, it didn't stay well. I should have tried to seal them somehow, even if it was just with hairspray. "

" I just trimmed up the bangs a little bit (using the scissor parallel to the hair) and a small amount of pammade styling wax to chunk out the bangs (to look screen acurrate). there really wasn't much as far as styling was concerned. I really am very pleased with the quality of the wig. (I also wash the wax out before storing it back in it's original packaging, it helps with the longevity of the wig) "

I layered the bangs on the enchantment wig myself. My boyfriend wore one and I the other for Captian Harlock and Queen Emeraldas characters.

I bought the Enchantment wig in Ravish Red for my Ranma cosplay a few years ago. Me and my friends at Blue Bow cut bangs into, cut the length and used it to make the braid nice and thick, and then they dressed me up! I get lots of compliments on the wig and I have to say it's one of the reasons I continue to wear the costume (which belongs to Blue Bow Space!) to conventions!

(This) is Lucy from Elfen Lied. It's an Ena wig in 266T, which I then dyed via the sharpie method (lots and lots of coloring). The two-tone that was originally in the wig led to it being a really pretty multi-toned pink after being colored, a more "natural" pink if you will :)

The original curly texture was really helpful for building up the volume, and I used the excess that I cut off (the big ringlets) to punch some extra hair in the front skin top.

First, I put the wig on to cut the bangs, then I took it off and pinned it to a wig head. I backcombed just the roots (to get Rainbow Brite's poofy-head look), pulled it up into a side ponytail, smoothed the sides out with a wide-toothed comb (which I also bought from you. ^ ^), hairsprayed the crap out of it, and through in a twist tie. Then I backcombed the base of the ponytail to give it some height. I gave it some curls by following the curling tutorial on your site. ^.^

I did nothing to this wig except straighten it a bit (I was careful to

lest I melted a section of it). The silver color is perfect and the way it lays is very nice. Soon I plan to style it a little bit more with some layering and teasing in the back and some snipping and styling of the bangs to make it look a little more Riku-ish, but for the convention I attended

Delight. After many hours [about 20] of styling and
holding those spikes up and waiting for them to dry, I
transformed it into a Roxas wig, from Kingdom Hearts
II. I used Got2B Glued Blasting Freeze Spray and
Spiking Glue. The thing is hard as a rock. :P
I bought a longer wig on purpose, because I knew I was
going to mess up! And what do you know, I did. I cut
the hair too short in the back, and had to make my own
extension out of the extra hair I saved. [You can sort
of tell where it is in the third picture] Overall, I
think I did a pretty good job for a first try.

hair from Naruto. I did this one for my friend, who is
wearing it in the picture. For the ponytail, I kept
the wig's original length, because it was perfect! [I
don't have any decent pictures of the finished back,
but the one attached to this Email is the best I've
got.] Unfortunately, due to my friend's lack of caring
about how he takes the wig off and where he puts it,
it is now pretty much dead. All in under two months.

I honestly didn't style it to its full potential on purpose because it was soooo pretty when I pulled it out that I was too much of a wuss to cut and put it up and then glue it and make it permanent. So I opted for a less accurate Nurse Joy but now I can wear the

tightly and dutch braided the sides!

This wig will now be used for my Autobot Hound costume at Anime Nebraskon this November.

The "Beauty Flash" wig in black is a perfect Sanada Yukimura wig, and the quality was amazing, even people who had no idea who the character was loved the wig.

The costume was from an artbook image of Sanada Yukimura of Samurai Deeper Kyo, and not the anime. Considering I love picking obscure characters, and an on top of that, an obscure costume, not too many people took my picture. The costume is perfect, except some of the images of him in the artbook have his kimono more open than I could get away with, considering I'm a girl XD. The costume and picture are by Cindy Brown, who won at this year's ACEN 2008 for her Dante and Gloria costumes. She's amazing. Oh, I included a reference shot too. I moved the hair out of my face unintentionally, so it's not exactly like the shot, I tried not to do that throughout the day.

[This is] the Alicia XL in #60. I'm cosplaying one of my own characters, "Touch" :-} It came perfect, and I didn't have to style it at all. I do, though, highly recommend a wig cap, it really lets you wear the wig beautifully, even though my real hair is short, having it skull tight makes it look like real hair.
