Glitter brings soft attention to your eyes, and it picks up the natural glint of the light off of your eyes. This is a good thing, and can help the lined eye look a bit 'softer' and definitely more glammy.

Reality Check: Always use caution when you use glitter around your eyes. If you wear contact lenses, or if you suspect your eyes are ubersensitive, this may not be the product for you. You know all this stuff already, but, you know, I gotta say it anyhow.

Tip: When you first get your eyeliner pencil, sharpen it *lightly*. This will elimate the oxidized layer of product and give you the best pigmentation.
